Conclusions & decisions: -
1) Funds will be Rs.100/- p.m. and credited to POSB A/c No. 3370666883 in the name Shri Asha Devi Circle
Treasurer 1st of every month by each members.
2) Set up Legal Cell for court/CAT cases at Circle level
3) Rs.30/- per member from collected funds will be sent to CHQ by using command CXFER into CBS account of
CHQ by Circle Treasuer.
4) Quarterly meeting will be held at Divisional level with all postmasters of concerned division and one member
will be fixed responsible to call & wake isolated/joined with existing unions/GL association.
5) Half yearly meeting will be held of all circle body to discuss issues and progress of AIAPC.
6) Every Postmaster will be only member of AIAPC.
7) No dual policy adopter Postmaster will tolerate.
8) All Postmasters will ready to follow instructions by circle body/CHQ.
