3rd AIAPC Punjab Circle Conference held on 11.09.2016 (Sunday) at City Hub, Civil Lines, New Shastri Market, Jalandhar with grand success.

Conclusions & decisions: -

1)                        Funds will be Rs.100/- p.m. and credited to POSB A/c No. 3370666883 in the          name     Shri Asha Devi Circle Treasurer 1st of every month by each members.
2)                        Matter of APAR grading will be brought to the notice of RO/CO.
3)                        Filing CAT case for same grade pay but higher responsibilities after November-    2016 (Postmasters who was already Grade Pay 2800/- & above, but no                    increment)
4)                       Set up Legal Cell for court/CAT cases at Circle level (Shri Gurmukh Singh, Shri    Sukhwinder Singh Sarao & Shri Bheesham Chander will monitor).
 5)                      Rs.200/- per member(29*200=5800/-) from collected funds will be sent to CHQ      by       using command CXFER into CBS account of CHQ from Circle Treasuer.
6)                       Rs.40/- per member as fund as per constitution of AIAPC (40%) will be credited    in      CHQ A/c each month.
7)                       AIAPC Punjab Circle is ready for 3rd All India Conference and proposal will be    sent    to CHQ for acceptance.
8)                      Quarterly meeting will be held at Divisional level with all postmasters of                 concerned     division and one member will be fixed responsible to call & wake       isolated/joined         with existing unions/GL association.
9)                      Half yearly meeting will be held of all circle body to discuss issues and progress     of       AIAPC.

All present members were very excited and showed dedication, commitment towards AIAPC.
