            With humble respect, I would like to convey information on the subject cited above, this association has constituted “Adhoc Committee” as per directions contained in your office letter ibid. The Adhoc Committee has been consisted unanimously by this association with following four members as under please: -

1.         Shri Narinder Pal Postmaster Grade-I, Shahpur Kandi T/S (Gurdaspur Division).

2.         Shri Sunil Narotra Postmaster Grade-I, Sector-47, Chandigarh-160047 (Chandigarh Division).

3.         Shri Dalip Kumar Postmaster Grade-I, Jalalabad West (Ferozepur Division).

4.         Shri Manish Kapoor Postmaster Grade-I, GNDU Amritsar (Amritsar Division).

            Out of which Shri Narinder Pal Postmaster Grade-I will be ‘Convener’ for AIAPC Punjab Circle. This is for your kind information & for further necessary action at your end please.
