Issue:
Data entry could not be done in SGB portal due to calendar is not displaying for selecting date. It is tried with IE, Chrome, Firefox browser.
Solution:
We can copy profile folder of firefox browser in which system it is working and we can use the same in other system by pasting the files into the profile path of the other system.
Working profile folder is sent herewith. Extract the files and copy all files and paste the same in the profile path in the needed system to do data entry.
Procedure and working profile folder is attached.
