for expedite for holding DPC in Punjab Circle
Respected Sir,
Kindly
refer this association letter No. AIAPC/Punjab/Corr/02/2016-2017 dated
26.09.2016 on the subject cited above. It came to notice that APAR files have
been invited from Divisional Office amongst eligible Postmaster Grade-I
officials. But as it also came notice that many circles have already held DPC
for Postmaster Grade-II & given regular promotions to Postmaster Grade-I for
Grade-II. Punjab Circle is already delay for holding DPC as Directorate already
issued for one time relaxation measurement orders vide its letter No.
04-43/2013-SPB-II dated 28.04.2016. Sir, delay for holding DPC, will not charm
for eligible officials as it is already delayed for 9 months, besides financial
loss too. All Postmasters of 2011 batch (first batch) have completed 5 years
service.
This
association requests your goodself to hold DPC at the earliest possible, please.
