Sub: -  Formation of Adhoc Committee in respect of All India Association of

            Postmaster Cadre, Punjab Circle.

Respected Sir,

            Kindly refer this circle letter No. AIAPC/Punjab/Corr/01/2016-2017 dated 20.09.2016 vide which intimation of formation of circle body was sent to The Chief Postmaster General, Punjab Circle, Chandigarh-160017 with copy to your office. The APMG (Staff), Punjab Circle, Chandigarh-160017 responded and replied vides his letter No. Union/9-22/2016 dated 13.10.2016 that there should be “Adhoc Committee” consisting four members, out of which one should be designated as ‘CONVENER’ under Rule 19-1/89-SR dated 20.01.1989. The undersigned further requested to Circle Office Chandigarh for approval of “Adhoc Committee” vide letter No. AIAPC/Punjab/Corr/03/2016-2017 dated 15.11.2016. In response to this letter, the APMG (Staff), Punjab Circle, Chandigarh directed that “Adhoc Committee” will be approved after receipt of a request from General Secretary vide his letter No. Union/9-22/2016 dated 29.11.2016. So, you are requested to send request the CPMG, Punjab Circle, Chandigarh-160017 for approval “Adhoc Committee” with following members: -

1.         Shri Narinder Pal as CONVENOR (Postmaster Grade-I, Shahpur Kandi T/S).

2.         Shri Sunil Narotra as member (Postmaster Grade-I, Sector-47, Chandigarh-160047.

3.         Shri Reshampal Singh as member (Postmaster Grade-II, Punjabi University, Patiala.

4.         Smt Asha Devi as member (Postmaster Grade-I, Jandiala Guru (Amritsar Division).
