Dear Postmasters!
All India Association of Postmaster Cadre (AIAPC) is the only association for postmaster cadre's betterment. Department of Posts has carved out from General Line officials to change the present scenario. There are 16 existing unions and associations (cadre wise). That is why PM cadre is distinct and does not come under any existing unions/associations. DOP has already clarified it. Then why our postmasters do not understand this bitter truth and continuously feeding existing unions and associations. Group -C cadre restructuring is over. Then why not P-III unions insist DOP to complete CR of PM cadre where pay upgrading is connected with CR. When CR of PM cadre will be over, then pay upgrading to GP 4200, 4600, 4800 & 5400 to PM Grade-I, II, III & Sr PM respectively can implemented. Delay in completion of CR of pm cadre means huge loss in pay upgrading of pm cadre. The Postmasters who are subscribing to P-III unions and taking shelter of these unions, must try to understand actual Crystal clear situation & leave P-III unions immediately & join own cadre association i.e. AIAPC. Similarly, postmasters who are associated with AIAPS(GL), must know the better situation. AIAPS(GL) is only welfaring only general lines officials not for pm cadre. CR of general lines officials is almost over. Then why not they insist DOP to do so for pm cadre. Actually 16 unions/associations are recognized for their cadres/category. Then PMs are seeking shelter from these unions/associations. AIAPC IS THE ONLY ASSOCIATION FOR POSTMASTER CADRE. STOP FEEDING/SUBSCRIBING TO ANTI-PM CADRE UNIONS/ASSOCIATIONS. COME HOME & JOIN AIAPC & STRENGTHEN THE AIAPC. IF AIAPC ARE NOT INTERRUPTING TO THESE EXISTING 16 UNIONS/ASSOCIATIONS, THEN WHY THESE UNIONS/ASSOCIATIONS ARE CLAIMING FOR BETTERMENT OF PM CADRE. HERE IS AIAPC. AIAPC KNOWS HOW CAN BE BETTERMENT OF PM CADRE. ONLY AIAPC CAN BETTERMENT OF PM CADRE.
